Regional | by Mariane McLeod
Health Unit says we're at or near peak flu

This year's flu is taking a toll in Simcoe County.

The Health Unit says as of today, the flu is now widespread in the area.

The Medical Officer of Health says we are at or near the peak of influenza activity, and that the peak will last the next two to four weeks.

You can still get the vaccine, and you're being advised to wash your hands frequently, and stay home if you're not feeling well.
