First Parades are on November 17th:


This year's Angus Santa Clause Parade is on Saturday, November 17, 2018 starting at 10:00am. Parade route starts at Peacekeepers Park and travels down Mill St. to the Angus Recreation Centre. Refreshments and a visit with Santa Clause to follow the parade.


Downtown Collingwood is once again pleased to present Collingwood’s Annual Santa Claus Parade. As in previous years, the parade will be held in the early evening to capture all the magic of our downtown holiday lights.  Mark your calendars for Saturday, November 17, beginning at 5 p.m., and plan to join the fun!   This year’s parade will be part of a very special day in Downtown Collingwood as we officially launch the holiday. Enjoy the many merchant Open Houses … visit with Santa’s Reindeer in Training …. enjoy carolers on the street…put on your running shoes for the HOHOHoliday Run…and there is lots more, including the traditional “lighting” of the town Christmas Tree, followed by a dazzling display of fireworks!


Second Parades are on November 24th:


This years Midland 41st annual Santa Claus Parade is set for SATURDAY, November 24th, 2018 at 11:00 AM, leaving the Little Lake Park Road and proceeding north on King Street turning on Bay Street then dispersing. This years theme will be “SILVER BELLS’. Music, color, costumes and enthusiasm are key elements to keep in mind when preparing your entry. Trophies will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, Best music, Best costumes and Civitan President’s choice. 

Wasaga Beach:  

Saturday 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Bright Stars, Christmas parade! Starts at Dunkerron and 22nd Street, goes West on Mosley and ends at the RecPlex 1724 Mosley Street. Rolling road closures in place as the parade passes. Countdown Tree Lighting in the Oakview Woods from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sing carols with the CCI band and enjoy free skating, photos with Santa and refreshments.


Third Weekend December 1st:


The parade will be taking place Dec. 1 2018. We will begin staging at approx. 10:00 am at the town Gazebo / welcome center. Santa will be collecting food bank donations along the way so bring out your Christmas cheer and packaged foods for those in need!

Last Parade on December 2nd:


This years Elmvale Santa Clause Parade starts at the Huronia Centennial Elementary School at 1pm. The Parade will end at the Elmvale Arena and this year theme is Red Neck Christmas. Be sure to head to Elmvale to see the Lions Club put on a great Parade celebrating our countries 150th Birthday!
