After a one day break, the Collingwood Judicial Inquiry hearing has resumed for day three (on Thursday).
Witness Kim Wingrove, who was the town's Chief Administrative Officer from September 2009 to April 2012, was called.
Wingrove started her testimony on Tuesday afternoon and questioning by inquiry counsel resumed today.
The inquiry is looking into the sale of half of the town's electric utility, Collus, to PowerStream in 2012.
On Tuesday, Kim Wingrove talked about a strained relationship with then Deputy Mayor Rick Lloyd and then Public Works Executive Director Ed Houghton.
Today, questioning focused on the Request For Proposals process to choose a buyer for half of the utility.
Wingrove talked about the timeline to choose a buyer being “ambitious” and she was concerned there wasn't enough time to do everything that was needed.
She also said she didn't voice this concern because she felt that putting up red flags through this process would not have been welcomed.
The inquiry hearing resumes on Tuesday.
