A Wasaga Beach doctor has been suspended.
Dr. James McInnis is not currently working at his office on River Road West with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario suspending his member status as of November 26.
No reason has been given and no hearing date has been scheduled yet.
In 2013, the CPSO discipline committee found that Dr. James Edward Roland McInnisÂ
committed an act of professional misconduct. The college says he admitted to this.
Allegations had been made by a nurse practitioner who said Dr. McInnis made repeated flirtatious comments to her regarding her physical appearance and made advances towards her.
