Murder charges have been laid, following a suspicious death in Wasaga Beach.
Police say a man was found suffering from life-threatening injuries early Sunday morning near Beach Area 1 and died a short time later.
The victim has been identified as 23-year old Mustafa Khaleel from Mississauga.
The OPP have since arrested a 21-year-old man from Etobicoke and a 25-year-old man from Brampton on a charge of second degree murder.
They have been held in custody and police say their names are being withheld to protect the integrity of the investigation.
Police believe many people were in the area at the time of the incident. The OPP is asking anyone who may have been in Beach Area 1 around midnight between June 12, and June 13, 2021, or who many have information, to contact the Huronia West OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or visit the Crimestoppers website.
