Collingwood OPP have made an arrest in connection with a hit and run collision in The Blue Mountains involving a pedestrian.
On the evening of January 31st, police were called to Grey Road 19 in Craigleith after a food delivery driver was struck by a vehicle.
The vehicle then failed to remain.
The delivery driver was taken to hospital for treatment of his injuries.
A 31-year-old man from Kitchener is accused of failing to stop at an accident resulting in bodily harm. He appeared in court for a bail hearing on Thursday, and was released with a future court date.
Police are still seeking witnesses. Anyone who saw the collision or has dashcam footage is asked to contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
