The Chiefs beat the Essex 73’s 6-2 on Sunday, sweeping the series in four games.
The Chiefs are a part of the Central Ontario Junior C Hockey League.
This is the third Schmalz Cup Championship for the Chiefs who last won the trophy in 2000.
The Wingham Ironmen of the Western Junior C League finished third overall, going 5 for 6 in the Schmalz Cup.
