There’s a bear, possibly injured, in the woods near Angus.
Nottawasaga OPP say a full-grown bear was seen Monday night near Gold Park Gate and the 5th Line of Essa Township.
Police say the bear appeared to be favouring its right front leg, just like another bear spotted in the same area with two cubs earlier this year.
To avoid interactions with bears, police are reminding you to put your trash out only on the morning of collection, and make sure your garbage containers have tight-fitting lids.
