A 41 year old Barrie man faces a number of charges including human trafficking.
Police say a woman was allegedly forced to perform sexual acts to men to pay another man’s apparent drug debts.
Police add that the victim alleges she was threatened a number of times if she didn’t do as the man told her to and this apparently went on from April 20th to the 12th of this month.
On Saturday, officers found a suspect and laid charges of human trafficking, exploitation, extortion and other offences.
