The Big Cheese is underway in South Georgian Bay! It’s 30 Days of Grilled Cheese Goodness and a chance to support our amazing local restaurants.
Casey Thompson, from the Cheese Gallery, came up with the idea after a trip out west last fall. She thought a friendly (but serious) grilled cheese Sammie Smack-down!

We had a mini Sammie Smack-down in the MAX Studios between The Cheese Gallery and the Alphorn. Casey and Nick describe their yummy creations and Kenny and Deb vote for their favs!
