Environment Canada says that there’s a freezing rain warning in effect for the region this morning.
The warning was issued just after 4 o’clock this morning.
The forecast is calling for up to 2mm of ice accumulation and icy and slippery driving conditions, particularly for untreated surfaces.
It’s advised to take extra care when driving and to drive according to conditions.
