The Town of Collingwood has disclosed the costs of paying town council for 2025.
Mayor Yvonne Hamlin topped the list with a salary of 65 thousand, three hundred dollars. Added to that is special meeting pay, expenses and travel. Hamlin was also paid just over 30-thousand dollars plus expenses by Simcoe County for sitting on county council.
Deputy Mayor Tim Fryer earned just over 35 thousand, four-hundred dollars and special meeting pay…and also was paid by Simcoe County at a rate just under 32 thousand plus expenses.
Six Collingwood councillors took a salary of just over 30 thousand dollars in 2025…and one who joined late in the year just over 22 thousand dollars.
